What we do
Ozcare Organics is a contract manufacturer of organic skincare and personal care products, based in Cranbourne west, Victoria. We manufacture, fill, label and pack for Australian and international brands, working to your formula or developing one with you.
Everything happens under one roof, so there is one team accountable for the batch from raw materials to palletised stock.
Formulation
We develop formulas to your brief, covering texture, actives, fragrance, claims and target cost. You get samples to test and adjust until the product is what you want, along with stability results and a documented formula that stays yours
Manufacturing
We scale and batch your approved formula in our own facility. That includes sourcing certified organic raw materials, in-process quality checks, and full batch records for every run so each batch is traceable back to its inputs.
Filling and packing
Filling, capping, labelling and cartoning, finished to retail standard. We work with packaging you supply or help you source it, and produce INCI-compliant labels that meet Australian labelling requirements.
Compliance and documentation
Batch records, ingredient sourcing documentation and coordination of external testing, so your product is ready to sell and you can answer a retailer or regulator without chasing us.
How we work
1. Enquiry
Tell us the product, roughly how much you need and when you want it on shelf. If it is not something we can do well, we say so at this stage rather than after you have spent money.
2. Sampling
We develop the formula or scale the one you bring, and send samples. You test, we adjust, and we repeat until you approve. Nothing moves forward until you have held the actual product.
3. Quote and approval
Once the formula and packaging are settled we issue a firm quote covering unit cost, batch size and lead time. You sign off on the formula, the label artwork and the spec.
4. Production
We source materials, manufacture the batch, then fill, label and pack it. Quality checks happen at each stage and batch records are kept for every run.
5. Delivery
Finished stock is packed and delivered to your warehouse or 3PL. Batch documentation goes with it, so you have what you need if a retailer or regulator asks.
